2. Select Discount for new visitors bot template from Chatbots panel
3. You will be asked to customize a discount message but you can skip it for now and do the edit later
4. Save your chatbot
5. You are now in the edit mode of your new chatbot. You can see the following icons: “First visit on site” trigger, “Quick
Replies” action, “Ask a question” action and two “Send a chat message” actions
6. Place “Visitor returns to the site” trigger beside “First visit on site” trigger and connect it with “Quick Replies” action
7. Delete “Ask a question” action
8. Edit “Quick Replies” action to reflect your popular services
9. Edit “Send a chat message” actions
10. Give your new bot a name ?? Save your chatbot
11. Set it live to your website
